CBU’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program

Need to file your 2019 income tax return?

Visit CBU’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program in March!

In partnership with Canada Revenue Agency, the Shannon School of Business will be hosting a series of free income tax clinics where volunteers will complete and e-file returns for all eligible CBU students and their families.

To be eligible, you must have a modest income and a simple tax situation. We are not able to prepare income tax returns for individuals with world income or self-employed/business income.

When?

Drop-offs will take place each Friday morning during the month of March (March 6, 13, 20, & 27) from 10:00am-12:00pm. Students who drop off their documents for income tax return preparation can pick them up the following week.

Where?

CBU Cafeteria.

What do I need to bring?

The documents are also required for an eligible spouse and/or children living in Canada. Please note, certain documents are only required if they apply to you or your family member’s situation.
