Rob Power

Dr. Rob Power is an Assistant Professor of Education at Cape Breton University. He completed his EdD at Athabasca University. He has taught courses in instructional design for online learning, instructional design for mobile learning, digital learning tool design, educational technology integration, technology and curriculum, and data analytics for educational support. His research interests include instructional design for online learning, mobile learning, teacher self-efficacy with digital technology integration, and instructional design to support Digital Accessibility. Dr. Power’s research has been published in national and international journals. Dr. Power is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Network for Innovation in Education (CNIE). He has also served as a Past President of the International Association for Mobile Learning (IAmLearn), as the Conference Chair for the World Conference on Mobile and Contextual Learning series, and as an editor for national and intern
