Patricia Morrison is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems in the Shannon School of Business at Cape Breton University. She earned a Master of Business in Technology Engineering at City University, Bachelor of Business and a Data Processing diploma at UCCB/CBU. On-going Project Administrator for the Model for Proactive Communities (SSHRC) and a member of the Scotia Rail Development Society Board.
