Norm Hubbert

Director of Post-Baccalaureate Programs

Norm has spent over 35 years in a variety of roles in private industry, government and non-government agencies. He held positions in Sales, Supply Chain, Training, Pricing, Administration and Instructing prior to taking the Director’s role at CBU in 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce from University of Windsor, is a Certified Senior Six Sigma Black Belt from Maple Leaf Foods, and has a Masters in Community Economic Development from Cape Breton University. He is passionate about student success and development through coaching mentoring and furthering education.
