Judy Kelley

Director of Health and Counselling

Judy Kelley is the Manager of Health Services here at CBU. With 30 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, Judy�s last position before coming to CBU was in public health where she worked on the Health Protection team dealing with communicable diseases and outbreak management. She was seconded to Cape Breton Community housing association to work with peopel who are experiencing recurrent and chronic homelessness as part of the Housing First Team. She has experience working in local Emergency Room�s as well as at The Queen Elizabeth II Emergency Room in Halifax. Judy is passionate about helping people achieve and maintain optimal health, by removing barriers to care.
