Joel Inglis

International Student Recruitment Officer

Joel Inglis studied political science at Cape Breton University and attained his Bachelor of Arts in 2010 along with a certificate in Public Administration (Law and Policy Studies). He went on to achieve his Master of Business Administration in Community Economic Development, where his research was focused on regional development within the co-operative sector within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and the role of Credit Unions in development strategies. After completing the Master of Business Administration in Community Economic Development, Joel participated in an internship with the Canadian Co-operative Association, in which he worked in Ghana as the program coordinator for the Youth Savings Program with the Credit Union Association of Ghana. Joel started with the Enrolment Services department at Cape Breton University in January 2019 and works primarily in international recruitment and international student admissions. Joel also sits on the boards of directors for Caper Radio and ACAP Cape Breton.
