Looking for a fun summer job? We’re hiring an energetic Summer Student to help make our
campground an awesome place for families and kids. If this sounds like you, then you could
be our next Director of Fun & Adventure!

This role is all about planning and running camper activities, including weekly kids’
programs, theme weekends, and special events with outside vendors. You’ll also help
spread the word by creating social media posts to promote what’s happening at the
campground. The right individual will be upbeat and enthusiastic about our campers having
the best experience possible. If you love making lists, staying organized, and planning
activities for others, Klahanie Kampground wants you on our summer team!

As the successful individual you will be primarily responsible for helping plan, organize, and
execute engaging activities for campers throughout the summer season. This role includes
creating and leading weekly children’s activities, coordinating theme weekends, shopping
for supplies, and organizing outside vendors and entertainment. The successful candidate
will also assist with promoting events through Facebook and other social media platforms
and directly engage with campers to ensure they are having the best experience possible.

When you aren’t managing the activities of campers, this position involves daily campground
operations, including working in the camp store, checking in and interacting with campers,
maintaining clean and welcoming outdoor grounds, cleaning pools and washrooms, and
assisting with general maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who
enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and contributing to a fun, family-friendly camp
environment.
