Locations: Southern, central and northern New Brunswick and Truro Nova Scotia

• Support daily mill operations and contribute to team goals
• Learn the ins and outs of sawmill production and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and team dynamics
• Shadow and assist experienced Production Supervisors
• Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
• Lead special projects that drive operational success

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Engineering, Business, Forestry, or related fields)
• Natural leadership skills and a passion for team success
• Strong communication—both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with diverse teams including unionized tradespeople, operators, and contractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
