Cape Breton Regional Police Service Recruitment Event

The Cape Breton Regional Police Service is holding a recruitment initiative in June.  There will be three (3) Community Sessions to be held within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM):

June 21 at the Emera Center in North Sydney

June 22 at the Miner’s Forum in Glace Bay

June 23 at Center 200 in Sydney

The sessions will each run from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

There will be representation from the Cape Breton Regional Police Service on-site to talk about a career with the Police Service as well as staff from CBRM Human Resources Department who oversee the hiring processes and representatives from the Atlantic Police Academy who will give a brief presentation about the training involved. Also, the Department of Labour will be there to answer questions in relation to possible funding for pre-requisite application requirements.

Please note: in order to apply to the Police Academy applicants must have proof of Canadian citizenship or Canadian Permanent Resident status.
