This is a private bedroom in a home with a female senior. The family is looking for a quiet, female student to live with a female senior, and rent would be free. A set amount of payment would be given to the student.

Student would have a private bedroom and share a kitchen with the homeowner. It is a great place to sleep, study and attend classes. The student must also be a non-smoker.

All utilities will be provided, as well as WIFI and laundry.

The house is located on a bus route, with several bus stops nearby.

There are no pets permitted.
