General Job Description:

I. Reception, counter sales and support: greet customers that come to office. Fill orders and accept payment for these orders; process credit cards or debit cards; coordinate the delivery or pick up of the

II. Phone / website generated sales and support: Fill orders and accept payment for these orders; process credit cards or debit cards; coordinate the delivery or pick up of the

III.      Phone / website generated requests for quotations and design: fill out Customer Estimate forms, 5 Minute Client Design Survey and give to Estimator: follow-up with customer; book job

IV. Develop customer data base: organize all existing paper files into a customer data base complete with attaching the various project photographs

V. Develop our warranty and maintenance value added market: contact clients and sell maintenance packages

VI. Marketing and promotion; website and POS materials development

VII.      Product order and coordination for projects

VIII.      Advise clients on product choice

IX. Existing Client support; whatever is required

X. Specific duties or projects that arise
