We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Accounting Clerk with our company. As the ideal candidate, you have completed either a university program with a concentration in accounting. Full cycle bookkeeping and office administration experience would be an asset.
Combining a positive attitude with a strong work ethic, you are a highly professional and committed individual who would take initiative in your work. Superior organizational skills and high degree of accuracy, are a must.
Individuals will be provided support & basic training but knowledge in the following areas is a must:

Exceptional time management skills (planning and Organizing)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Report and work closely and directly with the owner and Accountant.
Responsible for supplier invoices, contracts and accounts payable, matching and posting.
Vender and Customer communication
Reconciling accounts receivables and payables
Record General Journal entries
General Ledger maintenance
Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
Filing accuracy and organized
Bank Deposits and bank reconciliation
Payroll preparations, all aspects. (RRSP, T4, deductions and tax remittance)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours Per Week
