The CSO is responsible for managing and developing banking relationships with customers; meeting specific goals and providing quality service via the telephone to the Banks customer base.
Accountabilities & Qualifications
• Professionally handling inbound calls
• Engaging in cross-selling and retention activities
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
Located at 5201 Duke Street, Halifax, we are on the second floor of the Scotia Square Mall. Training period commences on the start date continuing for about 6-8 weeks. Fixed shift schedule after training of 37.5 hrs/wk.
