What is the opportunity?

  • Capture new master agreements and back-file legacy agreements accurately in data capture system
  • Track completed documentation in proprietary databases and produce ongoing progress reporting against metrics
  • Miscellaneous special projects dictated by business and/or regulatory changes

  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy
  • Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle significant and diverse workload
  • Ability to evaluate critically and to manage information obtained from multiple sources
  • Ability to work effectively independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment

The Trading Documentation team forms part of the Markets Infrastructure Group within RBC Capital Markets. The team is responsible for negotiating Master Agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, etc.) in support of RBC Trading activities globally.
