Special Project Assistants (2) – support to Registrar’s Office Staff in special projects including website review/development, Convocation activities and data gathering/best practices in policy review/development process.
Tasks – will include research, best practices and assist in redesigning and producing content for the online presence of the Registrar’s Office with a focus on improving online service delivery. Assist with the implementation of Convocation Plans supporting staff in their activities.
- Current CBU student in any discipline who is in good academic standing and has demonstrated a financial need as per the Work Study Program guidelines
- The candidates should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An understanding of websites and social media platforms would be an asset
- Applicants should be able to work independently
Student will report to the Administrative Assistant to the Registrar and will be assigned tasks in the projects mentioned above and in Convocation activities. Student will show initiative in completing the task assigned to them in a timely and professional manner.
Hours: All positions are part-time, hours TBD
