Job/Project Description: Work within the Financial Aid/Awards office to create an increased awareness in their offering. Also, serve to organize and track projects within the department.
Student Qualifications: Any discipline may apply, however, preference to a BBA student. Student in 2nd year or above in degree program. Strong organizational skills combined with both written and oral communication required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
Tasks: Assist in communication of scholarships, bursaries, student loan, etc deadlines and promotion through social media via Twitter, Facebook. Work on tracking work study documents, scholarship recipients and incoming applications.
Responsibilities: Ensuring organization and timeliness on documents and filing. Assist with duties assigned within the Financial Aid/Awards Office.
Start Date: May 9
End Date: August 19
Hours: All positions are part-time, hours TBD
