Job Title: Chief of Client Services (Full-Time) – Edmonton 

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Human Services and a minimum of 7 years experience in a senior leadership role with a demonstrated ability to develop and enhance strong clinical services to marginalized populations. Excellent collaborative, organizational and communications skills are a must. As are a strong understanding of child welfare practices, culturally based services to aboriginal children and families, youth justice and services to persons with developmental disabilities. The position requires sound computer skills and the ability to work flexible hours. Travel will be required. This position will be based in Edmonton, Alberta.

WJS Canada has experienced significant growth over the past ten years and is looking to hire a Chief of Client Services to leverage this strong foundational work to further enhance and expand services in urban and remote communities in British Columbia, Alberta and Northern Ontario. This senior management role complements a team of skilled, experienced finance, HR and policy leaders already in place. This role will have responsibilities which span across all service streams in all communities.

The Chief of Client Services will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the National Management Team to ensure that WJS assumes a leadership role in service excellence to enhance the quality of client care and employee satisfaction. This role will be the senior corporate representative in Alberta.
