About the Purdy Crawford Chair:
The Purdy Crawford Chair in Aboriginal Business Studies (www.cbu.ca/crawford) focuses its work in four key areas: Research on what drives success in Aboriginal business: National student recruitment to encourage the study of Business at both the undergraduate and graduate level; Development of research based cases and articles/chapters to enhance Business Curriculum in Canadian universities; and student mentorship.
This position is open to 3rd and 4th year BBA students.
Applicants should possess excellent computer skills, such as word processing (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel), and be able to work independently with little supervision and as part of a dynamic project team.
Knowledge of Indigenous communities in Canada would be an asset. Preference will be given to students of Aboriginal descent.

Job Opportunity: In.Business Co-op Student
The Purdy Crawford Chair in Aboriginal Business Studies will be hiring a coop student to assist in the development of the National In.Business Mentorship Program for Indigenous Youth (May – August, 2016).
Reporting to the National General Manger of the Purdy Crawford Chair the successful candidate will support the development and implementation of the In.Business administration system. Tasks may include proposal writing, data entry, assembling training documents, editing operations manuals and information management.
Number of Hours: 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $12.50-18.00, dependant on level of education
