The successful applicant will have demonstrated skills in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), an email program, and word processing, and will have the ability to learn new computer applications as required. Knowledge of web based programs and accurate data entry skills are required. Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a busy and challenging team environment, exercising good judgement around issues requiring a high degree of tact and diplomacy. Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential.
The Financial Clerk is responsible to coordinate and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable, arrange necessary contractual services, prepare purchase orders, maintain petty cash systems, complete payroll submissions, arrange all purchases, maintain inventory system, and attendance management record keeping, and backup administrative support to the office Secretary/Receptionist.

This is a summer student opportunity with an anticipated end date of August 31, 2018.
Candidates must be returning to school in the fall.
Pay Grade: HOURLY
Salary Range: $15.55 – $20.85 Hourly
