Location: National Capital Region (Gatineau and Ottawa)
DURATION: September to December 2018 – Total of 16 weeks with the possibility of an 8 to 12 month term or longer. Please indicate in your resume if you are eligible and interested.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying, coordinating, researching, reviewing, analyzing and validating information, documents and/or client requirements
  • Communicating on issues and consulting with various organizations and levels such as colleagues, supervisors, senior managers, staff from companies and agencies, and operational/technical staff
  • Preparing various documents such as presentations, reports and/or spreadsheets
  • Writing reports and summaries
  • Forecasting and managing funding requirements
  • Performing various administrative functions
  • Managing and supporting materiel throughout its entire life cycle, including definition, development, production, operation, maintenance, and disposal
