Wage: $10.75 to $17.92 per hour (Salary to be determined based on the level of education required by the student employment categories and the completed current academic level.)

Duties

The Student Digitization Technician(s)is a dynamic student who can assist in a number of different areas. Two positions will operate from the Beaton Institute scanning photographs; two other positions will be located at the Fortress of Louisbourg scanning the historical research collection. Opportunity exists with the Fortress of Louisbourg positions to assist in other cultural resource disciplines such as costume, archaeology, and history. These duties may include cleaning archaeological or historical collections, applying registration numbers, inventory, or assisting with exhibit development.
