NEW: REB Tips Sheet October 2018 + Infographic Tips Sheet

Please note we are now launching a new CBU REB Form. We encourage applicants to use it. However, we will still be accepting the old PDF version for the time being.

  1. Download and complete a CBU REB Form. (Last revision: July 13, 2018)
  2. Include all relevant forms such as interview guides and/or an informed consent form
  3. Student researchers are now required to complete the TCPS 2 Tutorial and submit proof of completion as part of their application.
  4. Students are required to have their application reviewed and approved by their supervisor. The supervisor and student’s signature must be submitted as part of the application.
  5. Email a completed application to ethics@cbu.ca.
