Cape Breton University is pleased to announce through its partnership with the International Centre for English Academic partnership (ICEAP), the designation of Shihui International Education (SIE) as their China Office. Interim President, Dr. Dale Keefe recently visited China with ICEAP to formalize the partnership, which will allow SIE to promote CBU’s programming and make it available to Chinese students.
“Cape Breton University is thrilled to be able to formalize this partnership with Shihui International Education,” says President Keefe. “It’s a great honour for us to be collaborating with such a high-calibre representative directly in China.”
The partnership will primarily focus on the recruitment of Chinese students to CBU’s MBA in Community Economic Development, with potential to eventually offer CBU’s programming directly in China. CBU currently has similar partnerships with the Canadian International College in Cairo and the Australian College of Kuwait.
“Cape Breton University is thriving as a global player and this partnership will really solidifies our position in China,” adds President Keefe.
During the same visit to China President Keefe also signed partnership agreement of cooperation with Xuchang University in Henan.
