Research Month 2019: Official Launch

You are invited to attend the launch of Research Month 2019 on Friday, March 1 in CS 101 from 11:30am until 1pm. This event will include opening remarks by Dr. Richard MacKinnon (Vice-President, Academic) and Dr. Tanya Brann-Barrett (Associate Vice-President, Academic & Research) as well as a series of short research talks by CBU researchers. All are welcome to attend!

Lunch will be provided.

Prof. Mary Beth Doucette (Purdy Crawford Chair / Assistant Professor, Aboriginal Business Studies in the Shannon School of Business);

Helena Steeves (Master’s of Applied Science in Biological Engineering at Dalhousie University in collaboration with the Verschuren Centre);

Dr. Geoffrey Lee-Dadswell (Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics,Physics & Geology in the School of Science & Technology);

Dr. Sandra Jack-Malik (Assistant Professor, Education, School of Professional Studies)



Cape Breton University’s Research Month (March 2019) is a forum for researchers to share their work and to participate in research training workshops and discussions.
