Getting Started with Canadian Common CV for Research Grants: Workshop

The Canadian Common CV (CCV) allows researchers to enter their CV data once and output it in formats suitable for submission to CCV Network member organizations. The CCV Network is a partnership of federal, provincial and non-governmental research granting agencies.

Office of Research and Graduate Studies in collaboration with CBU Library is hosting interactive workshop to get you started with creating your own CCV online. This workshop is designed for students and researchers who are new to CCV portal, but any seasoned researcher might always benefit from a refresher. Our amazing Scholarly Resources and School of Science & Technology Liaison Librarian, Jasmine Hoover will guide you through the CCV portal. Jasmine will also fill you in on some important resources when using the CCV portal, and will show you tricks to get the tedious work done most efficiently.

Please join us on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at 12:00pm-12:30pm, in room CS-101. If possible, bring your laptop with you as the hands on participation will be encouraged. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP to research@cbu.ca to reserve your spot.
