On May 24-25, 2017, the 41tst annual Science Atlantic Undergraduate Psychology conference will be held at Cape Breton University in Sydney, Nova Scotia. This conference is a unique opportunity for talented undergraduate students from across Atlantic Canada to present and discuss their research in a stimulating and enjoyable environment. We expect over 100 students and faculty from around the region to attend this two-day conference. On the first evening, students and faculty will be welcomed with a meet-and-greet, which will feature activities and local entertainment. On day-two, students will present their current research projects, attend presentations by their peers, attend the keynote speaker presentation, and interact with faculty and students from psychology departments across Atlantic Canada. The event will conclude with a banquet and awards presentation. In Atlantic Canada, Science Atlantic student conferences constitute an important part of academic training for future scientists who may well go on to graduate level studies. Many students look forward to Science Atlantic conferences and consider them to be a highlight of their undergraduate career.
