Abegweit is composed of Morell, Rocky Point, and Scotchfort reserves.
As of December 2018 the total population was 379:
From August 8, 2015 to August 7, 2019 the chief of the reserve was to have been Brian Francis. However, Chief Francis was named to the Senate in October of 2018. An update will be posted as soon a new chief takes office. The band councillors are: Jacob Jadis Darren Knockwood

Lennox Island is 534.2 hectares in size, located 24 km. north of Summerside, Prince Edward Island. It was established in May 2, 1870.
