Expectations of Mentors
Lead a group of 5-6 high school students in a series of business-related activities. Electronic and face to face communication (at conference). Actively participate for the duration of the program (approximately
October through June
). Provide guidance based on past experiences working in business. Commit on average 5 minutes per day to the program. Attend 2 conferences (2 days each) and transport students to and from (if necessary). Establish and maintain a professional, work-oriented relationship throughout the duration of the program.
