The status of spring and summer semesters are being discussed and decisions are being made as more information becomes available. We do know, for courses scheduled to begin in May 2020, based on federal government border restrictions, no new international students will be able to start classes. All students planning to travel to Canada to begin their studies in May 2020 will be deferred to a later start date.   All students enrolled for spring and summer semesters will receive a detailed email from Enrolment Services outlining next steps.

At this time we are monitoring the situation and a detailed email will be sent to all students enrolled in spring/summer semesters regarding next steps and potential start dates.

As of March 17, the First-Year Advising Centre is suspending its services until more information is known. All new students initially advised for courses beginning in May 2020 will have to book a new advising appointment when the service is operating. All new students previously enrolled in spring / summer semesters will be contacted by Enrolment Services with details on next steps.

Advising for September 2020 is set to begin on June 1. Students will be able to book appointments online through We will keep students informed if this date changes.
Contact if you have any questions.

There will be no face-to-face courses offered during spring and summer semesters. A Committee is working to develop a plan to determine which courses can be delivered remotely and an update will be provided as soon as more information is available.
