In October 2012, we held a very successful workshop on lessons learned and best practices in partnerships for Aboriginal economic development. Over the past four months, a dedicated research assistant — Rebecca Scirocco-Paul — has been transcribing the small group discussions from the two-day event. Anyone who’s had to transcribe anything knows what a tedious job this can be. So I’d like to express my gratitude to Rebecca for her attention to detail.
On Monday, a new research assistant will join the Purdy Crawford team. Nicole Johnson will compile and edit Rebecca’s transcriptions into a proceedings of the event that we can share with participants and anyone else with an interest in the topic. The PDF document will be posted to the Crawford website by the end of the summer, but you’ll be able to track our progress on the CBU Groundbreaking website, where Nicole will be blogging periodically about her work. Be sure to bookmark the page and check back often!
