Shellfish Lab Technician (Verschuren Centre)

CBU invites applications for a two-year full-time limited term position in the Verschuren Centre (VCSEE). The position will commence immediately after selection or shortly thereafter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnostic laboratory and fieldwork as required to support oyster leaseholders who are participating in a three-year suspended oyster culture project in and around the Bras d’Or Lake, Cape Breton. The position will also provide support to the Shellfish Lab Manager on other projects.
