CBU invites applications for the Mi’kmaq Resource Centre Coordinator & Research Assistant. This is a full-time continuing position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Mi’kmaq Resource Centre(MRC) including overseeing all operations of a unit that functions as a Mi’kmaw library/archive. The successful candidate will identify, assemble, and assess all materials for inclusion in the MRC and provide reference assistance and support to students, faculty, educators, researchers, and organizations without direct supervision. The successful candidate will also give tours to students, researchers, and visitors to promote CBU’s longstanding commitment to Mi’kmaw resources, research, and learning.
