The Department of Financial & Information Management in the Shannon School of Business at CBU invites applications for Lecturers in Information Systems & Analytics. These are a 12 Month Limited Term with the possibility of an extension positions commencing in July 2022.
The School delivers an array of popular programs including two undergraduate programs, four Post-Baccalaureate Diploma programs, and an MBA in Community Economic Development.

The Department is seeking collaborative candidates with demonstrated evidence of effective teaching in data analysis, data mining, database concepts and management, data visualization, operations research, and predictive analytics.
Candidates should have a Master’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, or a related field, and relevant experience; or shall have completed all of the requirements for a relevant PhD but for an unfinished dissertation.
CBU teaches programs on campus, off campus in locations across and outside of Canada, and on-line. The university and its partners will therefore provide opportunities for faculty members to teach in different modes in different locations as part of their regular workload. While these opportunities may not be available equally for all faculty positions in all programs, a clear willingness to teach in different modes and locations will be noted as part of your application.
