CBU invites applications for the Employee Relations Specialist. This is a full-time limited term position.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the HR Manager and HR Director in all levels of employees, both unionized and non-unionized, in addressing specific, individual employment related-issues, performance management and attendance issues, harassment and discrimination complaints, accommodation requests, and other investigative initiatives.
In addition, this role will assist and coordinate with labour relations with respect to negotiations, grievance management, collective agreement interpretations, and research and analysis.
