CBU invites applications for full-time limited term of Service Desk Specialists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT Services Help Desk as well as routine Data Centre duties. Service Desk Specialists provide first level support for students, faculty and staff for their information technology requirements, and support a broad range of university educational technologies relating to computer labs, smart classrooms, video conferencing, telephones, user accounts, network access, smart cards and inventory control. The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for incident logging, triage, resolution, escalation and communication in order to ensure maximum and end-user satisfaction.
