The CBU Nursing Program has adopted a new Concept Based Curriculum with 12 month programming. This change has created opportunities for qualified nurses available to teach BScN students in Nursing Practice rotations of 4 weeks or 6 weeks blocked clinical during the Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer terms in Mental Health, Paediatrics, Community, Obstetrics, Long term Care, and Medical/Surgical areas.
Applicants must be available to supervise students in the blocked clinical format and have an active practicing RN licence. A PhD or Master’s degree is preferred, but consideration will also be given to applicants with a BScN with 5 years’ experience and/or specialty certifications.
Qualified candidates should send (in PDF format):
- a letter of application indicating clinical and teaching experience;
- a resume; and
- complete contact information of three references to:
Prof. Audrey Walsh, Chair, Nursing Program
Email – email@example.com
Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
