Conference Services

Cape Breton University offers a variety of meeting space options including boardrooms, atriums, classrooms, fixed-seating lecture hall and computer labs.  CBU is able to accommodate groups for exhibits, receptions, workshops and conferences of any size or small spaces for private, informal meetings.

CBU also offers dormitory-style residence accommodations (CBU Residence Information) for vacation travellers, conferences and travel groups visiting the Cape Breton Regional Municipality during the time period from mid May to mid August.

Conference Services is able to provide professional and reliable service for the following:

Internal Campus Community

Conference Services is responsible for the booking of campus facilities and also provides professional advice and coordination services for hosting conferences, workshops and special events on campus.

External Campus Community

Conference Services provides coordination services for meeting space, conferences and catering facilitation.

To book a space, please review the rooms below and any setup information for that space prior to booking your room.  Then, contact the Conference Services Coordinator, Jenna Dunlop, at jenna_dunlop@cbu.ca, and 902-304-6515 or 902-563-1803 to make arrangements.  Campus parking regulations and parking area information is noted at the bottom of this page.
