Ronnie E. de Souza Santos, Ph.D. (Federal University of Pernambuco), is an assistant professor of Business Analytics at Cape Breton University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil) in 2019 (ECA: University of Toronto 2022). With 40 peer-reviewed papers published and close to 400 academic citations, Dr. de Souza Santos is an early career scholar, and his research focuses on human aspects of software engineering; software management; information systems; and EDI in the software industry. Before joining Cape Breton University Dr. de Souza Santos completed 2 years of postdoctoral fellowships at Dalhousie University.
