As the end of the Fall 2022 term nears, CBU is excited to host another De-Stress Fest as students gear up for end of term exams. De-Stress Fest will run from November 21-25.

Join us in the CBU Students’ Union for our Time Management Workshop! This is a workshop for all students interested in learning time and task management strategies as we approach exams and the end of the fall term. Click here to register.

What better way to de-stress than to get an opportunity to pet adorable animals? Join the Nancy Dingwall Health and Counselling Centre in the Canada Games Complex to meet Simon and friends and pop your stress away!

Join us for our Exam Preparation Workshop and colouring! Drop by the RBC Lecture Theatre to learn more about strategies for how to prepare for your upcoming exams. In this session, we will cover the five day study plan, tips for studying more effectively and navigating test anxiety.

Join us in CBU’s Advising Centre (formerly known as the Learning Commons) for Declare Your Major, Concentration or Academic Field! It’s important to declare your major, concentration or academic field to be sure you are meeting your program requirements in order to graduate on time.

In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about the options within your degree and why it is important to choose one based on your educational and career goals. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and declare your major, concentration or academic field on site.

Join Shelly Allen at our Cineplex Campus for Music Therapy!

6:30pm-8:30pm

The Uniqorn Café is a monthly LGBTQ2SA+ safe space outreach initiative for local participants on- and off-campus. It is always free and open to LGBTQ2SA+ community members and allies of all ages. Refreshments are provided along with an open mic. Participants are welcome to just sit back and relax, or join in at the mic and play music, read poetry and perform during these friendly, social events.
