About Us
To help strengthen psychological health and safety for Nova Scotia government workers, Workplace Mental Health delivers a range of information, resources, events, supports, services and training designed to increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma. In 2018, the Office of Workplace Mental Health began as a pilot partnership between the Public Service Commission, Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union (N.S.G.E.U.), CUPE Local 1867, and the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund. Our purpose is to support employees in the public service achieve overall wellness so they can better participate in the workplace and foster healthy relationships with self, at home, at work, and in their communities.
About Our Opportunity

You would be part of a team of nine, reporting to the Director of the Office of Workplace Mental Health.

Information Session

During this session you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the department, role, and application process. This session will be held on June 24, 2024 at 12:00 pm, AST and hosted by the Director of Workplace Mental Health with the Public Service Commission – Workplace Mental Health.

What We Offer
Pay Grade: EC 11
Salary Range: $3,351.92 – $4,189.95 Bi-Weekly
