MBA Department Social Media Strategist
Job Description
Successful candidate will help to develop and implement social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to encourage recruitment of Domestic MBA applicants, while providing integral information to current MBA students. Successful candidate will work with the MBA Program Assistant to develop a plan for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. To be successful in this position you should: Be someone who stays on top of current social media and cultural trends Have confidence working behind and in-front of the camera Be someone who is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail Be self-motivated and driven – you work well in a team environment but are also able to work effectively independently Have excellent written and oral communication skills Applicants should have experience in: Adobe Photoshop and Indesign, Canva, Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
Duties
Develop and implement informative, engaging content, for MBA social media channels and other purposes: email updates, blogs, advertisements, newsletters, social media, etc. Compile relevant weekly and monthly social media audit reports. Daily management of all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.) Based on careful examination of analytics, trends and marketing updates – suggest innovative ways to grow the brand online and offline. Develop informative infographics for digital and print purposes Coordinate with external teams, videographers/photographers, CBU Staff, etc. for specific campaigns or tasks. Also, other duties as assigned.
