Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Registrar’s Office with fall convocation (virtual ceremony) because of the impact of Covid-19.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good writing skills
- Strong communication skills including in person, through email, on the phone & online communication platforms
- Organized and efficient; able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks
- Experience with basic office software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administrative support tasks before, during and after fall convocation such as social media support, grad gown pick up and drop off.
