Position: Junior Associate, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition (Co-op position)

Core responsibilities:
• Ensure a high-touch, “best in class” candidate experience
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Conduct pre-screen interviews
• Post job descriptions on multiple career websites
• Update candidate status in applicant tracking system
• Maintain reporting requirements for recruitment activities and status reports
• Answer general inquiries relating to vacancies
Key Requirements:
• Have a great attitude and represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with candidates, team members and
management
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, always maintaining a strong
customer service focus
• Able to operate with discretion when dealing with confidential employee information
• Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across
multiple locations
Compensation
This is an hourly wage of $17.00CAD, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a 16 week
co-op position.
Start Date – January 4, 2022
End Date – April 22, 2022
