What is the opportunity?

Canada’s leading Financial Institution is currently seeking an Agility and Change Analyst for the Strategy, Performance & Enablement division within Personal & Commercial Banking (P&CB). Successful candidates will be continuously challenged to learn, experience, and support transformational activities – ‘explore, experiment, and evolve’ – using change management and agile practices. The chosen applicants will be mentored by seasoned agile and change practitioners, providing on-the job training and coaching.

What will you do?

  • Support the development and mobilization of P&CB Transformation plans including supporting Agile Transformation and other Change Initiatives
  • Implement a variety of tactics targeting P&CB Leaders and employees.
  • Execution and advancement of the P&CB TE&C team’s strategic priorities.
  • Help support the development and execution of communications that can be distributed through multiple channels ranging from: internal websites, eNewsletters, executive updates and other multimedia development…
  • Support Planning and delivery of a variety of leadership and employee events (e.g., town halls, workshops, forums, webinars), including logistics, content creation, stakeholder engagement, etc.
  • Provide administrative and other ad hoc support as needed
  • Create and maintain team dashboards and reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve / simplify existing processes and tools

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Detail oriented with coordinating and organizing expertise
  • Ability to think analytically to process complex information and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to convey key messages in multiple venues.
  • Experience working on blogging and web content / social media platforms (creating, updating and posting content)
  • Passionate about your work and think outside the box
  • Adaptable and flexible and willing to trying out new things as priorities change
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without detailed direction.
  • Courage to speak up and challenge status quo.

Nice-to-have

– Experience with Change Management/Analysis.
