Summer Job – Line Cook – Hello North Star – Louisbourg, NS

Experienced line cook to to join our team preparing items from a tried and tested menu.  Dining room hours are from 5:30pm – 9:00pm daily.

• Able to work a 2:30pm to 9:30pm shift
• Preparing meals using meats, seafood, vegetables and chicken following existing recipes
• Maintaining product and rotating old product
• Garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe workspace to avoid contamination
• Ensure kitchen is organized and running efficiently

• Reliable, and dependable
• Attention to detail when preparing meals
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
• Willing to be part of an energetic team
• Good verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
