Duties: provide customers with sufficient instruction and lifejackets, operate river rafts on 2-4 hour tours, assist with the cleaning and preparing rafts such as inflating/deflating and cleaning rafts and other related duties such as assisting with the set-up/clean-up of planned events.
Qualifications: willingness to take additional training to operate rafts safely, excellent people skills and ability to perform strenuous activities in various weather conditions such as lifting rafts and general maintenance.
Guest Services Representative
Duties: take calls on reservation requests, greet visitors and process check-ins Report escalated customer service concerns to the supervisor as they arise. Assist with serving food, setting up and cleaning up after functions.
Qualifications: Excellent customer service experience, dependable, flexible to work various hours and ability to perform strenuous or repetitive activities (e.g. mop floors, serve food, etc.).
Housekeeping and Catering services
Duties: cleaning cabins and meeting areas as they become vacant, Garbage clean-up/removal, assisting with event set-up, cooking, laundry, serving food, washing dishes and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: superior customer service skills, reliability, willingness to work as a team with flexible work tasks, a basic understanding of janitorial services and ability to perform strenuous activities such as cleaning floors and windows.
