We have a career opportunity for a Human Resources Student to join our dynamic team at the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions, screening candidates, conducting pre-employment assessments, and completing reference checks.
Liaise between candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
Understand the HR systems and ensure they are optimized
Receive inquiries and requests from end users and troubleshoot to find a solution
Maintain data integrity system support for HR systems
Various administrative duties and special assignments as required
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a Business Administration degree program with a concentration and/or interest in Human Resources Management
The ability to set priorities, manage time efficiently, and work with minimal supervision
Detail oriented with a focus on ensuring date integrity and delivering high quality work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong analytical & organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
