Summer Employment/BHTM Internship – Cook & Kitchen Staff – Gaelic College – St Ann’s NS

Cook Requirements:

• Must hold experience in cooking for small and large groups
• Must be organized, creative, passionate about food, and focused on customer service
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• 
Possess skills in food preparation, plating, and presentation
• Good kitchen maintenance and cleaning skills
• Menu planning experience
• Must be able to follow all food safety requirements
• Gaelic language and cultural appreciation is considered an asset for all positions at Colaisde na Gaidhlig

Kitchen Staff Requirements:

• Must have kitchen experience
