| CMS Steel Pro has established itself as a provider of high-quality fabrication & mechanical services to the industrial sector across Canada & the United States. Our experts and the products and components we design & build have been shipped from coast to coast across North America to help successfully complete projects for our partners in the industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
We are in the process of implementing a new accounting software to help manage our complex business. We are looking for a student to assist with the transition through helping our core staff manage their daily activities as well as taking part in the project to assist with data mapping and training. In this position, we are looking for a self-motivated team player that loves learning new things. Due to the nature of project work your day-to-day tasks could look different every day. Some of the main tasks will be:
· Mapping data from existing system to new system · Assisting with training documentation. · Testing the new system · Imputing accounts payable and accounts receivable and daily timesheets · Bank and credit card reconciliations |
