Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in organizing effective marketing plans and strategic options for advertising and in-store merchandising; present ideas to help promote the brand and campaigns in new ways.
  • Assist in managing our online and in-store brand presence – from social media, advertising strategies, tracking data and in-store marketing efforts.
  • We will share ideas, tasks and accountabilities together as a team to create an effective work placement.
  • Analyze ad reports and provide recommendations
  • Assist in the content creation process for social media, website, videos and newsletters
  • Planning and scheduling content for the social accounts and assist in managing social engagement
  • Copywriting that aligns with the brands tone of voice such as press releases, newsletters, social media content
  • Assists with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots
  • May assist with in-store demo’s to share the brand message, product and sampling if required. Gather customer feedback and present data efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills and Assets:

  • We are looking for an individual with high energy and big ideas; demonstrate creativity and initiative
    • An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
    •Experience or willing to learn Klaviyo, ClickUp and Google Business Suite
    •Basic design skills; Canva, illustrator or other photo editing software’s
    • Basic videography skills would come in handy, but not necessary
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Great organization skills highly recommended
